Terms and Conditions
Before completing your registration, please ensure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions below.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing in accordance with the following policy:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before Monday 13 July 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between Tuesday 14 July and Sunday 9 August 2026 will receive a 50% refund
- No Refund: Cancellations made on or after Monday 10 August 2026 are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to the Conference Organiser at histology@rhwevents.com.au.
In the event the conference is cancelled or postposed, all delegates will receive a full refund.
Registration Transfer:
If you are no longer able to attend, your conference registration may be transferred to another person. An administration fee of $50 will apply per transfer.
Transfers must be submitted in writing to histology@rhwevents.com.au no later than Monday 10 August 2026 at 11.59am (AWST). Requests received after this time will not be accepted.
Payment:
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Payment by credit card is required to secure a conference registration and confirm attendance.
Upgrading a Registration Type:
You can upgrade from a day registration to a full conference registration by paying the difference in registration fees. Please note: If you upgrade after the early bird deadline, early bird rates will no longer apply.
Upgrade requests must be submitted to histology@rhwevents.com.au prior to the close of registrations on Wednesday 26 August 2026.

Photographs and video footage may be captured during the conference and used for reporting, promotion and marketing purposes.
By registering for the conference, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded. While permission will be sought where practical, this may not always be possible in group settings. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer at the event.
Potential allergens are present in daily general operations.
The University Club of Western Australia cannot 100% guarantee the absence of potential allergens during hotel catering services. In the unlikely event of consumption of potential allergens, the individual delegate is responsible to carry their own allergen medication including the epi pen.
